Биография
Родился 22 июля 1959 году в Нью-Йорке, США.
С 1970-х годов занимается конструированием игр.
В 1982 году окончил Брауновский университет.
До 1982 года работал в Simulation Publications.
В 1983 году работал в West End Games в качестве дизайнера игр.
В 2005 году Костикян вместе с Джонни Уилсоном основал компанию «Manifesto Games», прекратившую свою деятельность в 2011 году, где он занимал пост генерального директора.
В мае 2011 года вступил Disney Playdom в качестве старшего дизайнера игры.
В июне 2015 года вступил в должность старшего игрового дизайнера в Boss Fight Entertainment.
Читает лекции по гейм-дизайну в вузах, в том числе: Копенгаген МСЭ, Хельсинский Университет искусства и дизайна, ИРЦ, и штата Нью-Йорк Стоуни Брук.
