| − | DETAIL DESCRIPTION: 10-12 students, selected in competition, will be trained to assume news and management positions at newspapers, news agencies, broadcast outlets and Web-based publications. Instruction will be provided by American, European and Caucasian journalists and scholars. The journalism faculty and curriculum for the school will be provided by the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), a Washington-based journalism organization, with the cooperation from Louisiana State University and Kent State University. The program is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
