The approximate number of the eparchy members is 30.000 faithful.

The eparchy is composed of six parishes and one convent. The vicars are: Father Hovsep Keleguian, Paris and Arnouville. Father Hovhannes Seferian, St. Chamond. Mgr Hovhannes Kadadihian, Marseille. Father Kapriel Sahaguian, College Mekhitariste de Sevre. The parishes of Lyon and Valence stay unoccupied.

It has 7 churches:

St. Gregory Association of Marseille who organizes several programs. Inside the eparchy, there is only the College of the Armenian Sisters of the Immaculate Conception in Marseille, including 250 students.
