This silver commemorative coin with nominal value Dram 100, issued by the Central Bank of Armenia, is dedicated to the centenary of Artem Mikoyan's birth. Artem Mikoyan (1905-1970) was an Armenian/Soviet aircraft designer. In partnership with Mikhail Gurevich he designed many of the famous MiG military aircraft, some of them used during the II World War. In post-war period A.
