“CEDAW Promotion Campaign” Project
The Project was aimed at increasing awareness on The Convention on Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), which had been ratified by the Republic of Armenia in 1993. For the purpose of increase of awareness the following tools were used:
“CEDAW and Women’s Rights” Trainings organized for PTA members; “Guaranteed Rights vs. Traditions” TV Debate; Seminars on CEDAW conducted by the participants of “CEDAW and Women’s Rights” Trainings for their community members.
