| − | 2002 - 2003. “Disability and Women.” The World Learning/USAID-funded project is implemented by a 9-NGO coalition. A monitoring of the rights of disabled women and female carers of persons with disabilities is carried out within the framework of the project.

| − | 2003 (since January). “Provision for the Electoral Rights of Disabled and Elderly People.” Funded by World Learning/USAID. A monitoring of physical accessibility of all Yerevan’s polling stations for wheelchair users has been executed.

| − | 2003 (since February) “Implementation of the U.N. Standard Rules in the Caucasus.” Implemented with support of International Alert. Collaborating with the “Pyunic” Association for the Disabled of Armenia, the “Unison” NGO is preparing a report on the realization of the U.N. Standard Rules in Armenia

| − | The Unison NGO was registered on 22 May, 2002. The organization has implemented numerous projects throughout the years of its activity; these projects were aimed at equalization of opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people, to promote accessible environment for people with mobility impairments. Unison has created several websites, among which the most notable ones are the official website of Komitas Vardapet (www.komitas.am) and the official site on issues of persons with disabilities (www.disability.am). Unison also takes care of the logistics of the Paros Chamber Choir – the only wheelchair choir in the world (www.unison.am/choir.htm).
