Балян Сарин, певица. Росла в Ливане и в США. Училась джазовой и классической музыке в Государственном Университете Сан-Франциско. Также обучалась игре на ударных инструментах Центрального Востока. Комбинировала американские джазовые стандарты с традиционными Армянскими песнями, совмещала джаз с восточными музыкальными инструментами. Она является членом Sweetwater Singers, группы, играющей на ударных в стиле музыки индейцев севера. Группа регулярно выступает на мероприятиях, проходящих на побережье Сан-Франциско. Также Сарин является членом Оклендского джазового хора и группы The High Seas, выступала в их составе в Сан-Франциско, Окленде и восточном побережье. К её последним проектам относятся - создание музыки и выступление вместе с Мировым Творческим ансамблем.
Она является членом Sweetwater Singers, группы, играющей на ударных в стиле музыки индейцев севера. Группа регулярно выступает на мероприятиях, проходящих на побережье Сан-Франциско.
Vocalist Sarine Balian performs enchanting music reflective of her textured cultural background and spirituality. Born of Armenian descent, she was raised in both Lebanon and the Unites States. Sarine has long been a lover of music that crosses the same cultural boundaries she experiences. As a guest panelist and lecturer Sarine has been involved with Arts and Culture studies in univeristies nationally, as well as the Armenian Library and Museum of America (ALMA).
