Чрезвычайный и Полномоченный посол Армении Окончил в Соединенных Арабских Эмиратах1968—1972 — историко-географический факультет [[Армянского педагогического института им Х. Абовяна]].

Ambassador of Armenia to the United Arab Emirates. He first arrived Abu Dhabi in February 2000 and operated from a small hotel not far from the present location of today's Embassy premisesВ 1979—1981 окончил аспирантуру института востоковедения академии наук Армянской ССР.
Few months later, in September В 1965—1967 — наборщик арабского языка при типографии академии наук (г. Эчмиадзин). С 1967 по 2000, the Embassy was officially inaugurated with the presence of UAE, Armenian officials — работал в институте востоковедения академии наук Армении. Кандидат исторических наук (including Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian1984), Ambassadors of friendly countries and many Armenians.
DrВ 1991—2000 гг. Poladian was at that time (2000-2002) Charge d'Affaires of Armenia. In August 2002, few months after President Kocharian's visit to the UAE and Qatar (April 2002) he was promoted to the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. President Kocharian appointed him also as non-resident Ambassador to the neighbouring State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain— заведующий кафедрой арабской филологии факультета востоковедения Ереванского государственного университета.
On 26 April 2004 Ambassador Poladian presented his credentials to Sheikh Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of BahrainВ 1993—2000гг. During the official ceremony he discussed with the King the current state of Armenian – Bahraini relations and the importance of developing them. He met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the tiny island— заведующий отделом арабских стран министерства иностранных дел Армении.
On 29th October 2004 he visited Kuwait to present his credentials to the Emir of Kuwait as non-resident Ambassador of ArmeniaВ 1998—2000 — заведующий кафедрой востоковедения Ереванского государственного университета им. The official ceremony took place on 2nd November 2004Ачаряна.
Ambassador Poladian took the opportunity to discuss the visit of Artur Baghdasaryan, Chairman of the National Assembly of Armenia to Kuwait which took place in 2005==Диплпматическая работа==*1998—2000 — советник министра иностранных дел Армении по Ближнему и Среднему Востоку. He met also with members of the Armenian Community and the Head of the Armenian Church in Kuwait and the Arabian Gulf countries*2000—2002 — поверенный в делах Армении в Объединённо Арабских Эмиратах. *2002—2006 — чрезвычайный и полномочный посол Армении в Объединённо Арабских Эмиратах.Poladian is author of few books and researches mainly in Orientalism*2003—2007 — чрезвычайный и полномочный посол Армении в Республике Кувейт и Королевстве Бахрейн. He speaks Armenian, Russian and Kurdish*С апреля 2007 — советник министра иностранных дел Армении.
