→The mission of AYLA
The Armenian Young Lawyers Association (AYLA) was formed in Yerevan in February, 1995, by a group of students and young lawyers of Yerevan State University Faculty of Law and was registered at the RA Ministry of Justice (MJ) on March 14 of the same year as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). The AYLA was re-registered at the RA MJ on 13th of December.

To unite and direct the efforts and potential of the members and supporters of the Organization to facilitate the strengthening and the power of the Republic of Armenia as a sovereign, social democratic state governed by the rule of law;
To co-operate with lawyers and legal organizations in Diaspora and abroad;
To facilitate the extending and development of co-operation with non-governmental organizations. The staff of the organization consists of the staff of the organization implemented projects.
The staff is managed by the corresponding project manager and the president of the organization. Each member of the staff is responsible for performing his(her) duties defined by the Charter of the organization and appropriate project and periodically he(she) presents report on his(her) implemented work.
