| − | Gyumri General Plan - Conceiving the idea and supporting the implementation (by the sponsorship of the president of the Republic of Armenia). Project proposal for reconstruction of street Alexandrovskaya. Alexandrovskaya /Abovyan/ is one of the central streets located within the historical town. The reconstruction and rejuvenation of this street could be a starting point for revitalization of the whole town center. The analysis and planning solutions are presented in this research.

| − | Electronic database “Alexandropol 2” - Gyumri has more than 1600 historical architectural valuable fortification, cultural, public buildings and complexes, covering an area of 220 hectares and located in historical core of the town. CRC aims at taking measure to rescue the unique historical architectural and cultural documents connected with all town structures and buildings from further deterioration. In the frame of the same program CRC analyses the business possibilities and public incentives for successful, expedient development of town structures and buildings as well as rejuvenation and conservation of town historical core.
