The Kalaydjian Rest Home was built by the brothers Bedros and Aram Kalaydjian in memory of their parents and originally comprised 12 rooms, but following a major renovation and extension in 2005, it now boasts 22 rooms with capacity for a total of 40 people. Its facilities include two large sitting rooms with libraries and satellite television, two dining rooms, and air-conditioning, television and private bathrooms in every room.
