| − | Pavel Mirsoyants was born in January, 31, 1929 in city Krasnovodsk (Turkmenistan) in the family of large-scale industrialist.

| − | His Father Mirsoyants Mirza (engineer-agronomist) till 1917 was at the head of Sisian city of Armenia and then worked in city Krasnovodsk.
