At the unanimous request of the Board members, Mrs. Simone agreed to continue serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Formerly executive Vice-President, then President for twelve years, Mrs. Simone has been a member of the Central Board for 20 years. Mrs. Simone of New York City is the President of the Manoogian Simone Foundation.
