TIGRAN TOKMADJYAN (1923-2004), is a well listed and an Honored Artist of Armenia, he is well known as an Armenian historic theme painter-artist(refer to Armenian Artists- A concise Dictionary, 1977, and Armenian history textbooks*Hye Joghovrdi Patmutyoun*, 1983), and participated in exhibitions since 1952. Биография
Тигран Токмаджян. (1923-2004)
Заслуженный художник Армении, широко известен своими картинами на исторические темы.
Участвует в выставках с 1952 года.
Приобрел известность за свои фресковые рисунки в Ереване и в Алеппо, Сирии.
Токмаждян обучался искусству рисования в колледже изящных искусств Терлемзяна, а также в педагогическом институте Абовяна.
Его работа "Баптизация короля Трдата", выставленная в 2001 году на выставке, посвященной 1700-летию принятия христианства государственной религией в Армении, принесла ему звание почетного художника и была приобретена Эчмиадзином.
