Аннотация
The article is devoted to the state of crime in the founded by Armenian immigrants of the Crimean city of Nakhichevan-on-Don in the XIX - early XX centuries. The authors conclude that in monoethnic Armenian city crime rate was extremely low, but it has increased significantly with changes in its ethnic composition and growth of the alien population. Results were the steel robbery, theft and even murder. The neighboring Rostov also influenced on the increase in the crime rate.
