The Christian Armenia Newspaper is a bi-weekly publication founded in March 1997 under the pontificate of His Holiness Karekin I of blessed memory. The purpose of the newspaper is to provide religious, cultural and news items in a newspaper format to the general population of Armenia. Printed in Eastern Armenian, and published at the Mother See, topics of religion that are discussed are: the sect movements and their history, basic religious principles and dogmatic and theological doctrine as related to social problems of today. The area of culture has broad based topics on history, all branches of art and literature. News stories and information are provided by the Information Services Department of the Mother See.
